STARTING THIS next MONDAY, September 1, 2020, SARW will have a SARW DAY at GOP HEADQUARTERS EACH WEEK.   WE WILL OFFICIALLY HAVE EACH MONDAY OPPORTUNITY  FOR VOLUNTEERS.
GOP Headquarters:

Located across the street from Blossom Auditorium

Shifts: 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Preferably 3 Volunteers per shift.
Volunteers to answer the phone, wait on visitors, and phone bank.

First treat bags delivered to Police substations!

SARW’s Caring for America committee, headed by chair Sandy McMahon, is hard at work. The first project this year is BACK THE BLUE. Our plan is to deliver treat bags to each police substation in San Antonio. We recently delivered treat bags to the East and West stations. They were enthusiastically and thankfully received. It was a great feeling to show our support.

We are looking for more volunteers to help Sandy and the committee’s efforts. Hopefully we will collect donations at the September luncheon to keep the deliveries going. Also, we want to develop more projects.
